Do FXS lines get routed out a SRST line during a network failure? We have a situation where if there is an emergency, we need to have an auto dialer (treatment plant) dial out for notifications. If the network is down of course it won't be able to dial out. If the router swaps over to the SRST line would the auto dialer still be able to dial out on that line?
