SRST Devices not Expected

SRST 3.1

In CallManager I have 24 phones in the SRST device pool. The other device pool is set to SRST-Disable.

When I simulate a CM failure (unplug the network cable) phones that are not part of the SRST DP are being registered and phones I wish to be enabled during failover are not.

Am I missing something somewhere?

Hi Ben,

No, you aren't missing anything here. Did you check that the Phones were reset after being assigned to the specific Device Pools. Or that if the changes were done at the Device Pool Level that you chose > Update>Reset Devices after making the changes?

I'm sure I have, but I will definately try to reset them again and see what happens.
