transfer-pattern command restricts to what numbers you can transfer to. So you are allowed to transfer only to 256.. and 257.. So when you say other locations, are you trying to transfer this call externally to another location via PSTN ? THis would mean that when the user dials 25600 (say) it has to be translated by a num-exp or translation rule to the required PSTN number. Remember to add a 1 for long distance.
