This is kinda a follow up question to my last one.
We use a 10 digit dial plan with 5 digit abbreviated dialing within our sites. When is SRST we can transfer a call to the full ten digit extension it works, but our users would like to use the 5 digit extension.
Can I do this with a translation rule or something similar?

the gateway is in South Africa, but the the users tell me that it just waits a bit and then gives them a re-order. I will ask them in the morning just to make sure. For know I put at translation rule in for it. I hope that gets it.
