Hello!
Does SRST support CUPC endpoints? I know some functionalities like IM and presence will be lost but what happens to the voice and video calling features. In my case the CUPC is the primary phone.
I look forward to your helpful information.

Not according to the latest release notes. Neither CUPC or Client Service Framework supported.

I would think CUPC relies too much on CUPS to function without it. But its just a guess.

Hi,
CUPC does support SRST in that it WILL failover to an SRST router, this has been available since CUPC 8.0.
If the CUCM becomes unavailable then the CUPC client will register with the SRST router IF its current logging in and registered to a CUCM in softphone mode. Desk phone mode is NOT supported.
If the client is NOT already running and logged in to a CUP server you will NOT be able to start the CUPC client until you have access to the CUP server. This is worked upon and will be resolved in future release.

One thing to add to Ronak's response: You must have SIP SRST configured on the router for this to work. This is additional configuration beyond the traditional SCCP SRST setup.
