I am carrying out an install with CallManager 6 Business edition and run into a hurdle.
As the customer only has 15 Channels on the ISDN30 E1, I have shut down the channels using the maintenance option in the advance tab of the system parameters; this works fine when the gateway is in MGCP mode. The problem I have is when the gateway falls into SRST mode, as it attempts to put the outbound call out on channel 30 and therefore the call fails. Does anyone know of a fix for this.
