Staffing Estimates - Voice - Messaging - Conf.

I have a client with a large Cisco Voice & Video network. The executive staff asked what for some "industry standards" on how many people should be manageing a system the size of theirs.

Based on the following numbers how would you staff  to mange the following?  

Unfied Communications Manager:

     9000 Users

     8000 End Points

     1 Cluster -     (1 Pub, 3 Subs, 2 FTP Servers, 2 Live streaming Music on hold servers)    

     72 locatoins with SRST

Messaging :

     8000 users

     (4.x VM only, 4.x Unified, & 7.x Unity) Currently migrating all to 7.x

Meeting Place:

     6.x & 7.x Systems in place

     1 Million+  minutes/month

Tandberg Video Network

     200 HD Endpoints

     VCS-C, VCS-E, MCU's, Content Servers
