Status IP Address

Hi all,

We have added new phones into call manager manually , some are registered correctly , but some phones are showing Status : Unregistered  and showing IP address

KIndly let me know the troubleshooting steps plz

Status IP Address

Hi Karthik.

This status indicates that an IP Phone was registered to CUCM and than has lost its connectivity and doesn't reache the CUCM anymore.

Try to check connections and routing  between IP Phones showing that status and CUCM
