Stopping the DX650 from accessing the call manager directory

Is there a way to stop the dx650's from accessing the call manager directory when searching through contacts?  We have partitioned several departments/customers off from one another and want to limit them from having their contacts populated with users from other companys.

 

I've tried changing the URLs on the device page but that hasn't aleviated the issue.

 

Any ideas?
