Strange behavior in Translation Pattern/Calling Party Transformation
Good Monring everyone. I'm a little troubled during the creation of an outbound redirection of an incoming call.
I've edited my traslation pattern in this way, when an incoming call is received and matches this pattern, i've put a calling party transformation mask that convert the calling number to a number of my choice, and in the called party transformation i put a number that matches my route patterns to be redirected outside through my trunk. Everything goes well, in only one case i've got some problems. When the original caller that makes the incoming call presents himself as anonymous, in fact, In this case the call is redirected as anonymous ignoring my calling party transformation mask. Is there any particular setting to solve this issue? Or there is some limitation in this situation?
