Hi everyone,

today i discover a strange behavior in phones 78XX, 88XX and DX650.

i have CUBE to ITSP, and CUC integrates with SIP to CUCM. when i call from PSTN to a any extension with or without voicemail, when i press the "decline Button" phone show a "temporal error on screen but the call still ringing, the decline button disappears and if it appears again and i press it, the call is transfered to voicemail. its like when i press decline button the second time, it works.

i checked my partitions and CSS and its OK, also im look for this bug: CSCuz97949 but its not the same, when the phone does not voicemail configured its only show temporal error.

also i upgraded the phone firmware but doesn't works.

can you help me please ?

cucm version 11.5.2.10000-6

cuc 11.5.2

thanks in advanced

best regards.

Hi,

Since you have CUBE to ITSP did you enable 100Rel for ringback.

This how to implement.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/voice/session-initiation-protocol-sip/116086-configure-cube-cucm-sip-00.html
.

Then look at RTMT for a non-working call flow and see what is happening
when you hit the decline key and which server is generating the error.
