Strange time issue on UC520 / phones

I have a strange time issue occurring on a UC520, and I'm hoping perhaps someone has run into this issue before. The time on the UC520 is correct, but the times on the phones are all off by 8 minutes compared to the time on the UC520. Has anyone run into this before? Any ideas on what could be causing it? I'm stumped! Any help that anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.
