strip pre dot

how do i configure strip pre dot digits on a call manager express 7.1?

or, i have to configure a dial plan , for international calls is 00T , but they havo to dial 0 to go out so it would be 000T, how can i gave ride of the first digit?

There are a few ways. Here's one: CME will by default strip the explicitly matched digits on the dial-peer (e.g. 000 of the 000T pattern). Just use the prefix command to add 00 back.
