Suddenly all calls from all ports drops after almost 01:30

Hi,

 

I have a CUCME v8.6 and suddenly since a couple of days all the calls are dropping after around 1 minute and 30seconds.

I don't know why this happen.

Any suggestions?

 

P.S.: I have rebooted once.

is it happening for internal calls? external calls? or both?

It happens for externally calls.

 

But everything was working just fine.

what is the connection to Provider? PRI or SIP?

 

can you collect the below debugs pls?

 

 - debug voice ccapi inout

- debug isdn q931 or debug ccsip message?

Hi,

 

The connection is PRI (for local and internacional calls).

We have also a GSM Modem which we use for mobile phones only.

And the drops of the calls happens on both ports.

Find attached the debugs asked.

 

P.S.: I didnt get any messages with the "ccsip message" debug.

Do not see the calls getting disconnected in the debugs. Please attach complete logs.
