SUFFIX at the end of the digits

Hi ;

we have a satellite solution for outbound calls. 2 lines are connected through fxo ports. But, it is recommended to push # button at the and of the digits to show the satellite that it was the last digit. When i try with an analog phone without ip phone system, it is successful. But i can't push #, when i try from ip phone. CM doesn't let me use #. Therefore, users shouldn't push #, it should be written automatically. I should put a suffix(#) at the end of the digits, but i don't know how to. I know how to put a prefix at CM or router. However , not suffix..

My system: CM5 + 3845 h323 router

Re: SUFFIX at the end of the digits

What do you mean? CCM does allow you to use #

You can set a RP 9.!# that way you can press the # once you have finished with your digits.
