Support codes for CUCM renewal

Hi

We have upgraded CUCM version from 7.1.5 to 8.5 recently , now the AMC has got expired for this hardware as well as SESW ( essential softwarere licence LIC-CM7.1-7825=)

Since my CUCM version is running on 8.5 , what would be the part codes for renewal ?.
