SX10 and SX20 endpoints License to CUCM

Hello All,

I have an Expressway-C, Expressway-E and a CUCM 10.5.

I want to add one SX10 and one SX20 endpoints.

So what license will be required on The CUCM.

You require telepresence licenses for these. Any device with telepresence word in the device name requires these in CUCM.

Yes, that is a license for telepresence based device on CUCM. You need to fulfill it on cisco licensing page or from PLM by entering the PAK you received for this part number.
