Hello,
Can somebody please provide me with the location of a Compatibility Matrix for Symantec Anti Virus and CallManager version 4.3?
I know that Symantec version 10.1 is copatible with CCM version 4.2 (0) and I need to know if this is true for CCM version 4.3

Hi Rob,
How about the CCM 4.3? what version of Trend Micro OfficeScan could be compatible?
we have currently have Trend Micro OfficeScan v7.3 on CCM 4.1 but we are planning to upgrade to CCM 4.3.
Cannot find any doc in web...

Hi Robert,
I have spent a fair bit of time trying to find any newer docs or updated info for your enquiry. Sad to say, this is the latest version that I can find. Sometimes with Cisco "no news is good news" which would indicate that Trend Micro OfficeScan v7.3 is still supported on new CCM releases like 4.3.
In the link I sent before the Unity Versions are up to 4.2 so I do think this is a somewhat recent doc.

For those using Symantec from a managed server, I found that we had to install NAV on the Publisher as a stand-alone unmanaged client. The combination of CSA and a managed NAV client would not let BARS ever finish completing a backup. The Subscribers and IVR servers have no problem with NAV installed as a managed client.
