Synchronizing Attendant Console with CUCM

Our default “Wait time overflow” is set to 1 minute for all sites. I have edited the time for 2 sites to 30 seconds.

If you modify the “Wait time overflow” do you then have to Synchronize with CUCM?

What is actually being synchronized between the Attendant Console and Call Manager?

Hello Laurel,

If you change the Queue DDI or Full CTI Failure device (Resiliency Mode in Premium HA), you must re-Synchronize with CUCM to update the Cisco Unified Call Manager device configuration.

AXL SOAP   request from Attendant Console, synchronizes the following devices on Cisco Unified Call Manager:

  • Queue Locations
  • CT Gateway Devices
  • Service Devices
  • Park Devices.

You may please go to the User Configuration --- > Queue Management

Click on Help Menu --- > About this page

I want to thank you for your help. We are going to try this tomorrow or Tuesday. I will let you know how this resolves.
