T.37 - Offramp

SOLVED

We updated the IOS to c3845-spservicesk9-mz.124-15.T11 and it has tested fine. Strange since the T.37 featuer was introduced with c3845-spservicesk9-mz.124-24.T

We have the T.37 application on our 3845, we trying to get the OffRamp service functioning correctly, we are making some headway and can send data via a thrid party application internally, albeit with issues...

Problems:

1. The external recipient fax is not able to pick up the fax call producing a connection error "Email send failed. Close SMTPConnection error. 554 5.3.0 an unknown error occurred" - Attached 'debug fax mta all' (cisco 3845) debugfromnav.txt

2. We can send a fax via the third party internally, but it only produces a blank tiff. We are sending using 200dpi, B&W with CCITT compression - Attached 'debug fax mta all' internaldebug.txt

3. If I try via Outlook we get the below NDR - Tried using tiff attachment that has been received by the onramp TCL app.

Reporting-MTA: x-local-hostname; fax.domain.com
Received-From-MTA:
Arrival-Date: Thu, 13 May 2010 11:16:45 +1200

Final-Recipient: rfc822; FAX=13566008@fax.domain.com
Action: failed with cause code - protocol error (111); fax error text - protocol error (111): No response to MPS
Status: 554 5.3.0 An unknown error occurred
X-Total-Pages: 0
X-Accept-Features: (| (TIFF-S) (TIFF-F) )

Relevant config:

fax receive called-subscriber $d$
fax send transmitting-subscriber $s$
fax send left-header $t$
fax send center-header $s$
fax send right-header $p$
fax interface-type fax-mail
mta send server 10.100.0.100 port 25
mta send subject "Incoming Fax"
mta send postmaster aklmainfax@domain.co.nz
mta send mail-from hostname abcd.domain.co.nz
mta receive aliases fax.domain.com - DNS has an A record pointing to the Vx GW address
mta receive aliases 10.100.0.101
mta receive maximum-recipients 10
mta receive generate mdn

Can you check the controller if there is any clock slips?(assuming it goes via PRI)

"show controller E1" or "Show controller t1"

Thanks
