T1 CAS channels are reporting Out of Service in RTMT
I have 10 out of 24 Channel on a T1 CAS to a VRU server reporting a status of Out of Service when monitoring the Gateway in Cisco Call MAnagger Real Time Monitoring Tool. i am thinking that shut no shut on the Controller will fix this problem. Is that correct? Is there any way to individually shut no shut each channel on the PRI?
