T1 CAS channels are reporting Out of Service in RTMT

I have 10 out of 24 Channel on a T1 CAS to a VRU server reporting a status of Out of Service when monitoring the Gateway in Cisco Call MAnagger Real Time Monitoring Tool. i am thinking that shut no shut on the Controller will fix this problem. Is that correct? Is there any way to individually shut no shut each channel on the PRI?

Rebooting the router fixed the problem. Now I have to figure out why the ports were Out of Service.
