I am a little confused about ippenterprise cvp and cups and cm5..
If I have both agents and normal did's in this enviorment do I define all the patterns for inbound in cups and point the agent calls to cvp and all other did etc to callmanager. Hope this makes sense. I guess bottomline is I need to know how to get calls to cvp and to callmanager because all the phines are not part of IPCC
