Hi, is there a tannoy/paging function on Callmanager?
I am using version 6.1, there is a new intercom feature. However, can you configure it to auto-answer to speakerphone for numerous phones across an office for announcements (fire alarm test etc)
I know on previous versions of Callmanager you could set up an second line button on a phone to auto-answer with speakerphone, but I am not aware that this could be rolled out to numerous phones to all auto-answer etc.
Sadly, the Intercom in CCM 6.x/7.x is still a one to one releationship and cannot perform the funtionality you are looking for. And, as you nicely noted, you cannot configure Auto Answer on "shared lines".
