I have a customer using Defacto, they were using TAPI lite with CME4.1 successfully to provide click-to-dial and screen pops. I have just upgraded the CME system to 4.3 / IOS 12.4.15ZX2 and they are now using the latest TAPI version.
Although click-to-dial from Defacto still works inbound calls don't produce a screen pop and result in the Defacto application freezing on the users PC.
Has anyone had any experience with CME TAPI and Defacto, can you offer any advice on the above issue?
