I made a big mistake and deleted 50 CTI ports for TAPS. When I am trying to recreate the ports the CM complains that the ports are existing but they are not really existing. I searched buy DN, Phone, Dial Plan report and there's no trace of existing CTI port. I thought rebooting Pub may help but I can't do it now. Do you guys know where else I can look to find the trace of those CTI ports and get rid of the duplication message in CM every time I try to recreat them. Pleae note that all CTI ports are existing in the CRS server. Is that why CM complains? If so, how can I delete them from CRS?
