TAPS

Phones aren't auto registering using the TAPS function.

When dialing the TAPS CTI route point you get a fast busy. TAPS service is running on the publisher.

Route point is associated with JTAPI user.

Any ideas on what to look for?

Hi,

Can your provide more information,

What version of CCM are you running?

What version of CRA has been installed?

What type of licensing has been applied?

Is the CRA service running or in partial mode?

You also want to check that all your partitions and CSS are configured correctly. Make sure all your auto-reg phones can reach the route point and that the CTI ports have access to call the auto-reg DN's.
