TCL IVR for CCME 4.2

after we update our CCME to the rel. 4.2 now we want to implement a message for people that call during the weekend or after 7 pm or before 8 am giving the right time when office is open.

There is a TCL for this service?

we find a old tcl that activate a specific extension to play some audio files, but when i forward all the calls to this extension, we hear only busy tone. Probably we need a tcl compatible with this new release.

Hi,

you can use the modified script "PL2" that I wrote:

http://pbevila.fastmail.fm/public/app-b-acd-aa-2.1.2.2-pl2.tcl

This lets you configure business hours schedule and announce a message outside working hours.

Can I use only the part for schedule and announce a message outside working hour without activating other services?

Hi,

Configuration examples are in the script itself.

Outside hours, the call is disconnected after the message is played.
