I'm looking for someone with expertise on .tcl scripts to see if you can help me solve a problem/customer request. They have calls coming into a CME v8.6 system where the calls are handed to the app-b-acd-aa-22.214.171.124.tcl and app-b-acd-126.96.36.199.tcl scripts respectively. The hunt group associated with this queueing solution contain 20 extensions.
What we're wanting to be able to do is to keep the call in the queue presenting the hold music to the caller, and not having them hear the ringing that's typical of the first presentation of the call to the hunt group.
I am NOT a scripting nor programming guru, and have NO idea where to look inside the scripts to see if this funcationality can be changed/added. Does anyone have some time to help me out?

the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
