Hi,

We have an issue with CTI Desktop. Some agent come log off for nothing and after verification in the windows events log we got this log for all user got the problem.

Error: StationEventAlert - Station alert.

  TCP ProcessID: 4.100.139.1800056

  Device Text: 6: Nom=SEP000AB72C32FC Image=8.0(9.0)Fichier introuvable

  Param1: 2048

  Param2: 1974993674

  App ID: Cisco CallManager

  Cluster ID: PBXQUE1-Cluster

  Node ID: SUBQUE01

Explanation: Station device sent an alert to Cisco CallManager.

Recommended Action: Ensure that the configuration for identified device is proper..

I someone have an idea this is very apreciate to follow it.

Looks like "Fichier introuvable" translates to "File not Found"

The phone is tryin g to retrieve a file from the tftp server but finding that the specified file is not there.

Check status messages on the phone or the CTI desktop logs to see what file it was trying to retrieve.
