Does anybody have a link or file describing how to do team for ccm 5.x? THanks

Its easy. Go to CLI and use command,
set network failover enable.
IT will disable the nic and bring it back up online pretty quick. Teamed nic will assume the ip of the primary nic. If you want more help on this command, you can always go search for "Callmanager 5.0 OS administration guide" as the keyword.

Usually in wondows we need to use the HP utility toolto setup the teaming and windows have a few teaming options I ( if I remember properly) . It looks it's much easier here in linux. But seems no options to select which teaming method, right?

In Windows, even though you had many types of teaming, load balancing etc available, the only configuration that was supported was failover mode where one nic is primary and other is secondary. WIth Linux only this one option is available.
