telephony-service unavailable router 881

I tray configure VoIP in my network. I don't found command telephony-service.

I use router CISCO 881.

On bottom is version mu soft.

Please help me.

12.4 is not supported. Upgrade to 15.X. Next, only 881-V supports CME. What do you have ?

You didn't confirm if you have 881-V or not ? Anyways, you can download the IOS from here -

I don't have 881-V. I have only 881.

Probably won't work. 881-V is the specific model to support Voice. IOS is different as well. For example there is a 881-Sec which cannot do voice. There are hardware differences as well.

C881 only is a data model.

You need C881-V for Voice model.
