To display a custom image on Cisco phones with CME - you need to be specific in formatting the image and place in in a specific spot in flash. I am having problems copy the image to that Desktop/320x212x16 directory. What's the mojo to get my png and xml file to that directory??

c2811-1#copy tftp flash:

Address or name of remote host [192.168.100.91]?

Source filename [planedisplay.png]?

Destination filename [planedisplay.png]? Desktops/320x212x16/planedisplay.png

Accessing tftp://192.168.100.91/planedisplay.png...

%Error opening tftp://192.168.100.91/planedisplay.png (No such file or directory)

From the error message, it looks like the problem is finding the file on your PC, not uploading it to the directory. It's not finding the planedisplay.png file. The error is when it tries to open that file. Make sure that the file is in the directory the TFTP software is pointing to.
