TFTP error on 7906 IP Phone

Hi,

We are in trouble about some 7906 phone registration operation. IP address, default gateway and tftp server ip address informations are true but call manager ip address is wrong (10.10.250.200-there is no ip like that in network). When we looked logs from phone, we saw TFTP Timeout : SEP0019306FF12F.cnf.xml status messages.

any idea?

1.check you got the correct firmware downloaded/ installed in CM

2. Verify the firmware is not corrupted/ got the correct file size.

3. Do not register the phones all at the same time
