TFTP-Error on Cisco 9971

Hi,

I have a Cisco 9971 IP Phone not working on a CUCM 8.0.2. The  message on the phone: TFTP-Error:ram/SEP00...C.cnf.xml. The previous  message says: CTL installed. The phone is working on an other CUCM 8.0.2  in secure and unsecure mode. Any idea? Greetings Michael
