Dear All,
Greetings!!
We have call manager 4.1 and MGCP voice gateways. we can receive the incoming calls from PSTN and unable to make out going calls.
We checked the Dial Number Analyzer(DNA) to investigate if external outbound calls are hitting the Route pattern and Voice gateway. We performed few test calls and identified calls are hitting the route pattern but not hitting the Voice gateways (10.99.255.11 and 10.99.255.12). We have checked the call Manager for service relevancy issues and couldn't find any errors. We have created dedicated route pattern to test the outgoing calls to Voice gateway. still not working. Please any help advise on this issue.

Hi,
What you have got with DNA?
Use "debug isdn q931" and then "ter mon" commands before make test calls.
If your call requests reach GWs,you'll see what happens with command above.
It will be great if you'll put here DNA result.

The MGCP Gateways are registered?
Can you post the config of the MGCP GW?

Make sure that the primary CUCM ip configured in MGCP to register with is the same CUCM ip the phones registered to
And reset MGCP and try it
