The wave files are crashing, instead of playing in the Script

Hi,

The WAV files were crashing perhaps because of their high bitrate. We’ve since replaced the files but the voice gateway is keeping the previous file in its cache.

Can you please post me the command to clear cache in Voice gateway..

And also can we fix this problem without entering into VGif yes.. pls guide me the steps to do it

If you want someone to help you with this, you need to elaborate. Also, you have to mention the following:

- cucm details (ver, site setup)

- gateway details

- call flow

If you want to refresh an audio prompt you need this command:

audio-prompt load flash:filename.ext
