We are using CallManager 7.1.3 and we have have some Third Party SIP we configured to work with the 7911

and 7962's phones they have. They Have 4 PRI's for calling. We can get the Third Party phones to call there

desk phones they have. They have a 900 DID block and the third party phones are on there own extension block

not part of the DID blocks they have. What do I need to do to get the THird Party SIP phones to call PSTN numbers?

You would need the SIP Phone to have the proper CSS/Route Pattern to dial to the PSTN.  The SIP Phone should be treated like a IP Phone in regards to it's calling and configuration for CSS.

I would goto the line and ensure you have the CSS set to one that has access to the PSTN route patterns.

Which SIP Client are you using? iSIP?

HTH, Please rate if so

Regards,

Justin
