Third party VoIP call monitoring solution

Hi

Does anybody know of a third party VoIP product that will provide VoIP call monitoring solution for UCM - (similar to the one used for UCCX, except that the conversations that need to be monitored will calls to Agents).

Client will have UCM version 7.1

I made an error in the opening message. It should have read

'similar to the one used for UCCX, except that the conversations that need to be monitored will NOT be calls to Agents'.
