Three questions - CCM User options

a. Can a user be forced to change their password/pin when they log into CCM user web page ? (No AD integration)

b. Personal Directory for PAB and Fast dials seem to be functioning a little diff from 3.x, 4.x versions of call manager. Looks like when you hit the directory button, you see option 4 for Personal Directory. Selecting this option you are asked to enter a user id and pin. Once user authenticates, user can select PAB or fast dials. There is a timeout associated with this login, if the user is idle for too long, the user is logged out. Is there a way to set this timeout to a high value, so they have to log in only once every day or so ? Or is it possible to bypass the userid and pin option completely ?

c. With CCM 5.0, Users can change call forward setting not just to any destination (Cfwdall) but also modify call forward to busy, noan, no coverage destinations. How can we disable the busy, noan, no coverage setting and just give them option to call forward all ? Is this possible ?

Re: Three questions - CCM User options

. Can a user be forced to change their password/pin when they log into CCM user web page ? (No AD integration) As far as I know; no

Is there a way to set this timeout to a high value, so they have to log in only once every day or so ? The only thing I can think of is modify the asp file. Or is it possible to bypass the userid and pin option completely ? Create Mulitple services with the username and password entered. Draw back is that you'll need a service for each user.
