Time Change

We have CME installed in germany which +1 hour to the GMT but we are not able to the timing in the phone properly, it is showing -2 hours to the germany time after the DST change.

clock timezone GMT 1

clock summer-time GMT recurring last Sun Mar 1:00 last Sun Oct 1:00

Early help would be highly appreciated

Is the time being displayed on the router correct ?? If yes, then under telephony-services you need to enter the command "create cnf-files" and reset the phones

yes, it is showing the time correctly at the router, it is only phones which are not showing the time correctly even after the reboot.

did you try the command "create cnf-files" option. This should fix the issue on all the phones except for the Java based Phones which would need a firmware upgrade to the latest code available on CCO.

EDIT: Incase that does not work, can u attach the extract from show run should lists global CME config along with info about phone model(s) which still have an issue
