time/date

Hello,

there was a time change some days back, and all the IP phones on our network synchronised except one; a 7970. For reason, it's been very difficult changing it to the correct time/date. Anytime i try to update the settings on the phone from the CallManager, i get the following error ouputs;

"Error Information

Cannot update device with (Use Current DeviceSetting) as logout profile when a user currently

login to the device. (71)

Details:

Error No. -2147219897 (0x80040647):

CDBLException Dump: [Cannot generate profile when there is a user login to the device"

I'd need all the help i can get. Thank you in advance.

I know this might be a bit basic but it sounds as if someone has logged into the device by extension mobility.

Have you tried logging them out and the doing the change
