I cannot find where in Cisco Call Manager I can change the system time that shows up on phones to sync up with the server. The server time is 2 minutes faster than what is displayed on the phone.
The phones will eventually catch up. Either a device pool restart will sync them again. But it could be possible you have time sync to an external source.
It appears to have indeed caught up as you said. I also found document ID 21003 that I plan to review as well.
