time zone 6921

hi all,

We use the cisco 6921 and several other types of phones for example 7975.

Next weekend the phones have to display 1 hour later.

Funny thing is that only the 6921 is displaying the "summer time" now already (instead of next weekend)

It has 9.3.3 firmware from the device pack 8.6.2.

How can i change the time zone for one type of phone?

could be due to this bug

696X and 694X showing incorrect time

Description

Symptom:
SCCP 6921, 6941 and 6961 displays incorrect local time
Time shows 1 hour slow during DST

Conditions:
CUCM 9.1 (other version may be impacted as well)
SCCP Firmware 9-3-3-2
Timezone patch : 2012j or 2013b

Workaround:
1) Upgrade to fixed release SCCP 9.3(3)ES2 or higher
2) Use SIP version of 9.3(3)

This year because of the dates in the UK DST (Summertime) should start on the 5th Sunday of the month. It looks like a lot of phones have gone a week early on the 4th Sunday.

I am seeing a lot of 6945 showing an hour later on SIP 9.3.3.2 but strangely not all.

They have updated the bug above to now say SIP 9.4(1)

I have the same problem with phone model 7925G and firmware 1.4.4.3.
