To test voice over IPv4 vs IPv6

what tools there are for putting controlled amounts of delay into a test network. For example, how could you set up a GigE link in the lab, and then test the change in performance of a protocol running over that link as you vary the delay on the link from 10 msec to 200 msec, in 10 msec steps.

J.Schulenberg: Thank you my friend but i what i want to do is to create controlled delays in my network. and after reading Wamem manual, i dont think so it will work for me. any suggestion ?
