tone after call established

Hi,

Okay, i posted the same topic in VoIP group,pls bear with this mistake.

I've a question, i got two SIP phone, A=7941G, B-7911G with CUCM6.1. When A placed an on-net call to B, A received ringback tone and B ring. B answered the call, voice stream goes through, no issue for communication between A & B. UserA press any phone keypad (0~9)on A during conversation,by right both end (user A & B) should heard a tone, which caused by A pressing the phone keypad. But now seem not. When userA press any key on phone keypad, both end didn't hear any tone.

PS: voice conversation has no issue.

Any idea?

r we using any MTP or can u provide an screenshot of each device Protocol Specific Information and load version for each phone?

the DTMF to outbound PSTN works? (IVR, etc)     its only u dont hear the tones?

Please find attached screen shot doc. I only didn't hear the tone during conversation (call established). Everything working as normal except this.
