Hello Experts,
I was told there's a tool which allows to calculate how long an
implementation takes in terms of hour. Could someone please let me know if there's such a tool available, if so would it be possible to send me the link?
Thanks,
MK

haha... sorry had to laugh.... every implentation is different. If you are migrating from a legacy PBX or a green field installation, it's all different. If you wanted the time to install a server from scratch, then you could estimate that. But if you migrating.. who knows... you need to have a couple under your belt to understand how it works, and how long it could take. but they are rough numbers....
Unboxing and installing an IP phone - 10 minutes
Unboxing, racking, install server - 2 hours
Configuration
Testing
Piloting
cutover
day 2 support
There are a lot of steps involved.
Do you have any numbers or legacy pbx and vm you could give us?
You basically need to do a gap analyis. Where you are today, where you want to be tomorrow and here is how you will get there.
