It looks like your Exchange database resides on C:. You might consider moving it to D: which has much more space. This would free up space on C: and give you more room for growth. See the following link.

Hope this helps.

Hi brandon and all,

thank you for fast responses and suggestion. However, any command or tools from cisco to delete those unnecessary files? Seem like moving to D: will be a bit risky. Deleting files will be more safer ways.

thank you very much. Plesae suggest and advise.

Where is your Windows Page File located? You could move that to D: to free up some space if it's on C:. Also do a scan on C: for .chk and .dmp files. But moving your Exchange database to E: is your best option.

hi mike and all,

thank you for response. I don't know where's the windows page file located? How to check the windows page file located? But i attacheed some page file related. Probably the page file located on C: drive.

What's the impact moving exchange database to other drive?

Please advise.

thank you very much.

You have couple more options.

1. do a shrink DB on Unity and that might help you get some more space. Check http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_configuration_example09186a008075ba49.shtml

2. Delete old VoiceMails from Exchange, incase you dont have a script already running. Sometime users delete the message but the same could be stored in Deleted Items folder depending on how the server is configured to.

http://www.ciscounitytools.com/HelpFiles/MSM/MSMConsoleHelp_ENU.htm

Not to forget the method mentioned above to move Exchange DataStore to D drive. Check

http://www.ciscotaccc.com/kaidara-advisor/voice/showcase?case=K16606557 and

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_tech_note09186a00800c6f5f.shtml

All this being done should give you a lot of space on ur C Drive.

BTW, M Drive is not a real drive, its more of a virtual drive which uses the same space as the drive which has the Exchange Message Store file
