Hello,
I have successfully downloaded the Plug In - Cisco CallManager Trace Collection Tool on to my Desktop. However when I try to run any Trace Collection from either of our Servers it displays the error message below:-
Run-time-error'-2147217406 (80041002)':
Automation error
I press OK and then the Application closes down.
We are using the follwing versions:-
System Version 4.1(3)sr3a
Administration Version 4.1(0.11)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like bug - CSCsb57898 in Unity.

This happens for all PCs ?

Try putting the plugin on callmanager it's self. See if you get the same error. This sounds like a workstation error.
