tracing call drops

We are running Call Manager 6.1.3 and experiencing what appears to be random call drops on external calls. We have seen the drops on both PRI circuits as well as POTS based circuits. Is there any way to track the drop reason or use the QRT to get information on the dropped calls?

I recommend you to turn on SDI,SDL traces and once you get a report for a call drop use Triple Combo and filter by Q931 then in the DISCONNETC look for the Reason code other than x8090 (Normal Call clearing).
