When a external call comes and our operator transfers the call to external number ,after the call ends we still see one of the fxo port hung ,till we reboot the router 2821.
please advice.

You are running into and fxo disconnect-supervision issue

note 1: unless you are in north america, ground-start and some other things does not apply:
note 2: to get around the problem definitely, used ISDN BRI.

im located in UAE ,Dubai , on etisalat(provider1) it works , but with the new provider Du i face this problem

What happens in 99% of the cases, is that you have to configure the exact disconnect tones as described it the document. No other method works.
